Infrastructure (hosting and bandwidth)
Infrastructure is billed monthly, with the price based on your required capacity, such as traffic, bandwidth and automated distribution volumes (e.g. newsletters). An estimate is provided during scoping, then adjusted according to actual usage as needed.
Maintenance
Maintenance is billed at 15% of the monthly infrastructure costs. This covers operations, monitoring, preventive management and the security measures required to maintain a stable, reliable environment.
Professional services (hourly rate)
Services are billed at an hourly rate, based on the type of work carried out.
