From print to digital

The platform was designed as part of a digitization project for six Quebec news outlets, including Le Soleil. Following the deployment of the solution for Le Devoir, Omerlo now launches its 6th version: four types of media experiences, spread across multiple industries and two continents.

Simon Audet, Alexandre Lepretre and Simon Lauzier — President, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chairman respectively — lead the company together. Their combined expertise and shared vision enable Omerlo to evolve, integrate new capabilities, and master operational complexity.

The deRabane agency

The arrival of this lead investor marked a turning point for Omerlo, bringing marketing and communications expertise to support go-to-market efforts and fostering accelerated adoption. The deRabane agency combines digital technology with dedicated services: positioning, activation, and media growth.

From Canada to France

With the launching of our new brand identity, our flexible licensing offerings and our expanded services, the opening of our downtown Montreal offices will truly be a pivotal moment. This step will mark the beginning of a major shift, one that our ecosystem has been awaiting.

Our presence in France is already well established with select clients: a government, chambers of commerce, a city, a hub, a cluster, as well as several business networks. We are planning a ramp-up supported by the deRabane agency, already established in Paris, supported by teams in Nantes and Lyon.

We intend to strengthen our positioning in three ways: enabling agencies to resell Omerlo as a complement to their offerings, helping nonprofits expand their reach, and giving students a voice through media that is built to support their initiatives.
