Alliancy accelerates its digital transformation with a complete overhaul of its platform.

In a constantly evolving digital landscape, specialized media outlets have no choice but to reinvent themselves to remain relevant, attractive, and high-performing. Alliancy, a trusted authority in the digital space and an essential reference for digital transformation decision-makers in France, understood this well. It was within this context that the collaboration with Omerlo was born: a strategic, technical, and editorial partnership with the ambition to completely rebuild Alliancy's digital presence from the ground up.

A complete redesign, planned from start to finish

Omerlo took charge of the entire project, from the design phase through to final production deployment. Every component of the platform was rethought: information architecture, design, user experience, technical performance, and editorial logic. The objective was clear — to provide Alliancy with a digital infrastructure that matches its positioning, capable of serving a demanding audience of professionals, decision-makers, and digital experts. The new platform adapts seamlessly to all screen sizes, ensuring a smooth experience whether browsing from a desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone. In a context where the majority of content consumption happens on mobile devices, this was a critical consideration for a media outlet like Alliancy.

Migrating over 10,000 pieces of content: a first-rate technical and editorial challenge

One of the most complex and structurally significant aspects of this project was undoubtedly the content migration. For many years, Alliancy has built up a dense and high-quality editorial output: in-depth articles, analyses, interviews, thematic reports, event coverage, expert opinion pieces… This editorial legacy represented over 10,000 pieces of content accumulated on the former platform — a substantial volume of information. The Omerlo team took full responsibility for this migration, ensuring the transfer of every piece of content to the new infrastructure while preserving the editorial integrity of each publication. At Omerlo, the migration was handled with the same level of rigor as the development itself. Each article was repositioned within the new information architecture, properly categorized, tagged, and optimized for organic search. The result is a platform where years of intellectual and journalistic output remain fully accessible, valued, and usable.

Zoho CRM integration to unify data and strengthen client relationships

Alliancy's digital transformation did not stop at the platform redesign itself. Omerlo also designed and implemented a direct connection between the Omerlo platform and the Zoho CRM tools used by Alliancy's teams. This integration represents a major qualitative leap in how Alliancy manages its relationship with its audience and partners. In practical terms, interactions generated on the platform are now automatically fed into Zoho CRM, enabling Alliancy's sales and marketing teams to have a centralized and up-to-date view of their contacts. This connection between Omerlo's technology and the Zoho ecosystem reflects an integrated vision of digital that we champion at Omerlo.

Authentication forms to maximize magazine audience value

Alliancy is much more than a news portal. The media outlet regularly publishes in-depth magazines and high-value thematic publications that are widely read by decision-makers and professionals in the digital ecosystem. These magazines represent a significant strategic asset, but their full potential in terms of audience insights still needed to be unlocked.
